In our company we process surfaces through sand or glass bead jets. The surface quality can be optimised through drum deburring or polishing.

 

We chromise aluminium yellow according to the procedure Alodine 1200.

 

With our suppliers, we maintain long term business relationships. Here we can reliably have carried out galvanic and chemical surfaces like zinc coating, chromising, copper plating, nickel plating, chroming, tin coating or anodising.

 

Coloured surfaces are carried out by our suppliers with painting or powder coating.

 

Almost all treatments, for example tempering, hardening, case hardness, carbonisation, nitration and nitro-carbonising (tenifering) are possible. For all of these treatments we have contact to capable and specialised partners.
